Third edition, USA, Washington, 1992. – 1072 p.
This volume is divided into 18 chapters. The first five deal with some fundamentals of radiative transfer, the blackbody, electromagnetic theory, and the properties of solid materials. Chapters 6 through 12 treat energy exchange between surfaces and in enclosures when no attenuating medium is present. The final six chapters concern radiative transfer in the presence of an attenuating medium.
